Team Building

A total of 13 Team Building 1st team participants travelled early morning on the 2nd-3rd August 2019 to Suria hill Janda Baik. While the second team consisting of 14 members went on the 23th-24th August. Everyone was looking foward to this new exciting experience for bonding and creating a better teamwork amongst MWL employees.

We stopped for breakfast at one of the restaurant near the Karak Highway.

At about 11 am, we arrived at the Hotel and we were given given a simple welcoming drink and we started our series of “Getting to know” session. Lots of fun and laughter along the way and we discover more about our partners at work.

More activities was laid out to increase team work and giving ideas, adapting to changes and new ideas. Natural bonding was enhance amongst team members with a spirit of challenge and producing new ideas.

We had tasty lunch and proceed with Laser Tech games in the afternoon. Again 2 groups making strategies to undo the others. These visibly shows how we can work together to create strategy and solve problems.

We had a good dinner…free and easy and a session of feedback on the 2 days 1 night program.

Here, they felt the family togetherness and the true fun amidst the serious and stressful work. Everyone are laid back, enjoyed themselves, joyful memories with lots of present to bring home.

Not forgetting our durian feast along the way home.
